Gurdas Maan is an Indian singer, songwriter, choreographer, and actor. He is considered one of the most notable figures in the world of Punjabi music. He was born on 4 January 2012 in Giddarbaha, Muktsar, Punjab, India. He gained national attention in India in 1980 with the song Dil Da Mamla Hai. Since then, he has gone on to record over 27 albums and has written over 200 songs.
Satinder Sartaaj is an Indian Punjabi Sufi singer and a poet. He has often been declared as the torch-bearer of the rich tradition of Punjabi culture.
He was born in Bajrawar village of Hoshiarpur, Punjab. Having been influenced by the wandering sufis and folk musicians since his childhood, he developed a keen interest in the folk traditions of the land. He did his schooling from the government schools in his village and the nearby villages Chabbewal and Patti. He started performing on children stages by the time he was in class 3rd. After that, he joined Government College, Hoshiarpur to complete his graduation in Music with Honours. He also joined Sangeet Visharad, a five year diploma in classical music from Jallandhar. After completing his graduation and diploma, Satinder went to Panjab University, Chandigarh for a Masters in Music. He went on to complete his M.Phil and then a PhD with specialization in Sufi music. Satinder also completed a Certificate Course and Diploma in Persian language which allowed him to access the rich Sufi literature in that language by the likes of Rumi and Shams Tabrizi. It was in College, when he also started writing poetry and adopted his Takhallus (poetic name) Sartaaj

Harbhajan Mann was born 30 December 1965 is a Punjabi singer and actor. Although not known much for his singing he soon became a Punjabi all rounder star in the entertainment industry. He got spotlight in Punjabi music industry with his astonishing performance and miraculous voice in “Husn Jawani”. When he became “Inder” in “Jee Aayan Nu” in 2002 and his success in “Asa Nu Mann Watna Da” stamped him with a label of star in the Punjabi movie world, and his recent movies like Heer ranjha and Jag Jeondeyan De Mele are one of the few blockbusters of Punjabi cinema. He is a student of Pakistani Punjabi folk singer Shaukat Ali.
Manmohan Waris is an award-winning Indian Punjabi folk/pop singer. Manmohan Waris was born On 3 August 1970 in Halluwal, District Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India. He is the elder brother of Sangtar (a renowned Punjabi record producer, musician & poet) & Kamal Heer (a renowned Punjabi Folk/Pop singer). Waris is considered one of the best in Punjabi music and is known as The King Of Bhangra. He is married to Pritpal Kaur Heer and father to two children.
